Latin Seed Preparation
The Latin Seed is a natural wellbeing product that is high in fatty acids which help maintain cell membranes, improve nutrient use and are needed for normal body functioning.
Cut 1 seed into 8 portions. Place 1 portion into a cup of boiling water and leave for 5-10 minutes or until cool enough to drink. Drink the liquid and swallow that portion of the seed. After the first 8 days we recommend increasing the portion to ¼ of a seed per day. Our suggestion is to consume at night after dinner.
We recommend you DO NOT have more than a ¼ of a seed per day.
Do not consume this product if:
· You are allergic or intolerant to nuts
· You are pregnant or breastfeeding
· You are under the age of 15
Providing you follow our recommendations, the packet should last between 48-52 days.
