WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT
 
Fitbiz will make every effort to make the delivery and installation of your product as seamless as possible. Our dedicated service team will contact you to organise a suitable delivery time within one business day of your purchase.
 
On the day of your delivery our qualified technicians will arrive at your home during the specified time period. If you have organised installation, we will set up and test your machine before taking the time to advise you on how best to maintain your new purchase and answering any related questions you may have.
 

 

 
WHAT YOU CAN DO  
 
To ensure a smooth delivery and installation it is much appreciated if you follow a couple of pointers:
 
- select the location you would like your equipment
- clear the passageway to this location so that there is no possibility of any of your personal belongings being damaged
- ensure you have a suitable surface to place the your equipment
- allow our technicians plenty of space so they can ensure your machine is set up correctly and efficiently
 

 

 

 

 
   

 
 HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE?
 
To ensure that your equipment is correctly assembled and tested we ask you to allow a window of 1 1/2 hours on site per piece of cardio equipment.
 
If you are having a home gym you will need to allow up to half a day due to the size and difficulty associated with the assemble. We would recommend you allow a period of 2-5 hours for it to be set up per piece of strength equipment.
